What are some of the effects on plumbers if there were no more toilets?

so i have to do a toilet essay for my econ class. so i decided to do it on the effect it would have on plumbers if there were no more toilets. so what else can plumbers do if there weren't anymore toilets? how much would their pay go down? so what do you think would happen? thanks!

  1. Probably it wouldn't affect their jobs much, as everyone in the world would spontaneously explode at roughly the same time.
  2. Well, human society requires a lot more need for irrigation and pipes separate from toilets. For example, where does the waste water from our showers, dishwashers, laundry machines, and sinks go? How will they get water to the houses and companies that need it? How will they redirect rainwater and runoffs to purification plants? Economically speaking, taking away one part of an industry does not mean that all industries that depend on it will fail. Also, by toilets being eliminated from the industrial market of plumbers, new modes of commodity and capital can develop to replace the void that they left, which in turn engenders economic growth.
